The Festival 2015

The Hardly Strictly Acoustic Festival is a Concept Event held by Downda Road Productions. It is sponsored by ISS Recruitment in association with Alice’s Restaurant Naas and supported by the North Kildare Chamber (NKC). This year, the event showcases again the NKC members in Naas Town. This is the second year of the event which will consist of artists performing live music in and around members of the North Kildare Chamber premises. We would hope this event will continue to grow year on year.

The Festival Kicks off Friday night with a soon to be named act performing in the Intimate Alices restaurant.

On Saturday during the day from 1pm-5pm we will have a host of Irelands emerging talent joined with invited local Singer/Songwriters performing at various venues around the Town Centre.

This years headline Act is one of Ireland most loved Performers Paddy Casey who will perform a unique “Audience With” style event at Naas Racecourse Members Bar on Saturday the 22nd of August ( doors 8 pm).Where you will not only get to hear Paddy’s music but learn the stories behind the man and his songs.

On Sunday we have a Family Day Concert with all profits going to the Jack and Jill Foundation. The concert will feature many of the act taking part in the soon to be released “A Song for Jack &Jill Charity Album plus other local acts.

All in all we are delighted with this years festival and hope the people from Naas and Surrounding areas get behind us and show their support so we can continue to grow this event.
